I noticed that on Form Fillable PDF Sheet, you can’t properly enter in spells line by line in the bottom right box. I assume that’s what its for since you have the ability to checkmark each one. Any way you can fix that soon? 🙂 Great work by the way.
Do you keep the PDF on your laptop or tablet?
Can you please make a form fillable version of the magic users character sheet? Or at the very least, a pdf form?
Recently bought a D&D Cyclopedia from DriveThruRPG, and I’ve been looking for a form fillable character sheet… And this one looks perfect, but I’m confused about something: What’s the large square on the bottom right side?
That box is for your character portrait. Also this sheet is not for the Rules Cyclopedia. It’s missing lots of that system stuff (saving throws, etc)
Good to know. Thanks !
I think you missed the question… Isn’t the square at the top right side for portrait, and the bottom right for spells and notes (or more skills for a thief)?
Do you have a higher res version of the party tracker sheet?
Which one?
The one on this page– for the DM? With each party members initiative, health, AC, heroics, etc. There’s print-sized versions of the other sheets here, but the party tracker at the bottom is stuck in the thumbnail resolution.
The link has been updated to the full size page. Thanks for pointing it out!
Are there restrictions on the use of the “2-Up Sheet Page”? I ask because I used it to make a digital character sheet, and one of the people I play with is pushing for me to put it onto github. If I can’t use it for that (which would be fair) I’ll make another one before I put it up, and either way I’ll post a link to the repo once its there.
Perfectly fine. Just make sure to link back to the Cresthaven RPG site.

Noted in the readme on the main page.
I was looking through your site and the only thing i’m concern about is the lack of Skills. Does your version doesn’t use Skills at all or I’m missing something in the character creation?
Simplednd does not have skills. It’s based on the Basic D&D ideology from the 80s
Which is? I don’t really know about that. 🙂
Red Box D&D
Cresthaven RPG does not have a skill system outside of the basic ability scores.
I adapted the character sheet into a vertical format so they can be hole punched and used in folders/binders. Were using the 3 hole presentation folders, one for each character, so they can keep notes or props in the pockets and anything permanent to the character in the middle.
If you would like I could email it to you and you can see if it works for anyone else.
Also, any chance of getting the first *Single) character sheet as a PDF?
It’s a PDF in the Starter Book. Although a fillable sheet isn’t planned at this time
I side with Charlie Warren on this – I love the simplicity and the overall look. I was looking at your post on 5th edition, btw, and agree with you about its character sheet. Earlier forms of the 5e character sheet (if you werein the playtest) were simpler and better designed. Why not lend your considerable talents to producing a better 5e sheet along these lines?
Honestly, I don’t want to create stuff for other people’s RPGs. We play Cresthaven RPG so that is where I focus my energies.
That is one of the best looking character sheets I have seen in a while. It is simple and to the point with enough space for the essential information. The best part is that it isn’t one of these bloated monstrosities you see running around that nearly require a magnifying glass and a .005 pencil to fill in the information. Great job!
